Tree Preservation Orders
Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) are made by Borchester Council to protect specific trees, groups of trees, or woodlands in the local area. A TPO makes it an offence to cut down, top, lop, uproot, or damage protected trees without the council’s written permission.
