Permitted development rights removed
Within the Brackenfield Old Town Article 4 Direction area, planning permission is required for the following works that would otherwise be permitted development:
- Change of use from Class E (commercial, business and service) to residential use (Class C3)
- External alterations to buildings, including replacement of windows, doors and external cladding
- Demolition of unlisted buildings within the conservation area boundary
