Planning requirement

A list of information requirements that may apply to a planning application. Each entry identifies information whose presence and adequacy can be checked, rather than a separate file that an applicant must supply. A document may address several requirements, and a requirement may be addressed by several documents. Whether a requirement applies depends on the application and relevant national and local requirements.
