Required when agricultural tenancy agreements exist. Consent must cover all parties to all relevant agreements, not only the tenants.
This field records consent to the proposed change of use from all parties to the relevant agricultural tenancy agreements. Notifying a party of the proposal does not establish their consent.
Answer Yes only when all parties have consented. Answer No if any party has not consented.
