As a planning system user or service builder, I need spatial records to include familiar location identifiers, such as addresses or postcodes where available, so that people can find and recognise places without relying only on map geometry or system references.

Justification
Justification just-0049
The `address-text` field lets a site be identified and found using a familiar location description where a usable address is available. The `postcode` field supports a common route for searching by location and helps users find applications affecting a local area. The `description` field supports sites that are commonly identified by a descriptive phrase, such as a plot of land near a junction or landmark. Together, `address-text`, `postcode`, `description` and `name` support users who recognise places through addresses, postcodes, building names, street descriptions or other plain-language labels rather than through map geometry or system references alone.
