The `additional-information-requested` value lets the planning permission timeline record whether and when the authority asked for further information. Recording the request event with `event-date` and `planning-application` lets users place information requests in sequence with validation, consultation, decision-making and later information being supplied. This fully satisfies the status-and-timing need. The content of a request, who made it and whether it remains outstanding are outside the scope of this need.
