Together with `application-types` and `decision-notice.decision`, this helps users segment decision outcomes for minor development. This partially supports PS1 and PS2 needs around smaller-scale housing, smaller-scale commercial and workspace development, minor industrial and storage proposals, smaller-scale retail and service change, minor traveller accommodation and uncategorised minor development. These needs are only partially satisfied because development scale and decision outcome do not by themselves provide the more specific proposal category needed to distinguish housing, commercial/workspace, industrial/storage, retail/service, traveller accommodation or uncategorised minor development.
