Modules

This application uses the following modules. Each module groups fields that collect a related set of information.

  Telephone number and email address of the applicant.

  How any natural habitats on the development site will be improved by the proposed works.

  Details of any conflict of interest that may exist between the applicant and planning authority.

  Signed and dated verification of the application's accuracy.

  How the site is currently being used.

  Results of any flood risk assessments made for the development site

  Proposed operating hours if the proposed development is intended for non-residential use.

  Details of changes to non-residential floorspace in the proposed development.

• Ownership certificates and agricultural land declaration (ownership-certs)

  Who will be affected by the proposal and whether they have been notified, such as agricultural tenants

• Pre-application advice (pre-app-advice)

  Details of pre-application advice previously received from the planning authority

• Processes machinery waste (processes-machinery-waste)

  How waste will be managed on the site

• Description of the proposal (proposal-details)

  What development, works or change of use is proposed

• Residential units (res-units)

  Details of the residential units that make up both the current and proposed development.

• Site area (site-area)

  How big the site is including relevant measurements

  Where the proposed development will be built.

  Information to help the planning authority arrange a site visit
