Justification just-0077

• Needs: dd-need-095
• Satisfaction: partial
• Confidence: high
• Status: proposed

The address-text, postcode, uprns, usrns and name fields support finding applications using addresses, postcodes, properties, streets and familiar place names.

This only partially meets the need because these identifiers do not define every local area that a public user may recognise or care about, such as a neighbourhood, ward or area within a chosen distance. The specification also provides the data needed for discovery rather than the search capability itself.
