The `address-text`, `postcode`, `uprns`, `usrns` and `name` fields support finding applications using addresses, postcodes, properties, streets and familiar place names. This only partially meets the need because these identifiers do not define every local area that a public user may recognise or care about, such as a neighbourhood, ward or area within a chosen distance. The specification also provides the data needed for discovery rather than the search capability itself.
